Terms of Service

Orbit AI API Team2026/07/113 min read

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Welcome to OrbitAI API (website: orbitaiapi.site). These Terms apply when you register an account, add credit, create an API key, call an API, or otherwise use OrbitAI API services. By using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Supported countries and regions policy.

Service availability

OrbitAI API provides unified access to AI model APIs, request forwarding, model routing, interface format conversion, account billing, usage statistics, and related technical services. Some model capabilities are supplied by third-party model providers, cloud service providers, or other upstream providers.

Models, routes, prices, limits, service regions, and capabilities may change because of upstream providers, technical maintenance, compliance requirements, or other business reasons. Refer to the current console, purchase page, and API documentation, and prepare timeout, retry, and fallback strategies for production.

Account responsibilities

The account holder is responsible for all activity under the account, including API key storage and use, and all resulting charges. Use separate keys for development, testing, and production. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer accounts or API keys, or bypass platform authentication, billing, rate limits, or access controls.

Calls made through your account or API key are generally treated as made or authorized by you. If a key is exposed or you detect abnormal calls or another security incident, disable or regenerate the key in the console immediately and contact platform support.

Regional and upstream restrictions

You must comply with applicable law, upstream model-provider rules, and regional restrictions published by the platform. You may not use proxies, VPNs, overseas servers, false identities, or other methods to evade regional restrictions. You may not resell, share, or provide restricted models or services to users who do not meet regional requirements.

If the platform discovers or reasonably suspects a violation of regional restrictions, service rules, or applicable law, it may restrict requests, freeze API keys, suspend or terminate services, and request proof of region, identity, or business purpose when necessary.

Content and output

You must have the right to submit and process all prompts, text, images, files, and other content transmitted through the service. You must review model output as appropriate. Output may be incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Unverified output must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, investment, personal safety, or other high-risk decisions.

Updates to these Terms

The platform may update these Terms in response to changes in law, service features, upstream policies, business models, or security requirements. For material changes that may affect your rights or obligations, the platform will provide notice through the website, console, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services and request account deletion under the applicable rules.
